At Very Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your beauty purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns on unused and unopened products.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original, unopened packaging and include your printed return slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
